CAE is an exam for people who are of an advanced level of English covering Writing, Listening and Speaking, Reading and Use of English. A CAE certificate is recognized by more than 11,000 universities and colleges, employers and government departments around the world and can be used in the UK as an alternative to IELTS as proof of your English level for university admission purposes. Achievement of CAE proves that you can communicate effectively at a managerial and professional level, participate with confidence in workplace meetings or academic tutorials and seminars and express yourself with a high level of fluency.

This is a 7.5 hour per week course that focuses on developing the skills you will need for exam success. You will prepare for the four parts of the exam – Reading and Use of English; Listening; Writing and Speaking and learn techniques which will help you improve your performance in the exam. Our teachers will organize practice tests to monitor your development and advise you when you will be ready to take the exam.
This is a 7.5 hour per week course which runs Monday to Friday from 1.15pm to 2.45pm. This course is offered on fixed start dates each year.
The CAE preparation course runs is offered on two different start dates each year subject to demand. The dates for 2018 are as follows;

You can sit the CAE examination, which can either be paper-based or computer-based, all over the world. The Reading and Use of English, Writing and Listening papers are taken on the same day, however your centre will arrange the date for your Speaking test. You will do the Speaking test up to several days before or after the other papers. To take your exam, you will need to register directly with an authorised exam centre.
